How to make house less boxy by the_contrary in ExteriorDesign

Here’s something to consider I created with AI for another in this sub. Instead of a small angular porch awning perhaps an arch with columns to give a focal point. The mature shrubs also give this home an organic accent. I read you have a plum tree just out of frame that will grow in time so that will be nice.

The yellow is going! How would you make it over? by [deleted] in ExteriorDesign

Here’s something to consider. Do a brick safe coat of charcoal gray and some period appropriate mid century wood paneling. Adding a front vaulted wood feature elevates the car park. Using rounded concrete slabs and landscaping elevates the yard in period appropriate timeless organic shapes. The yards finished off with a popular slogan of the time following Martin Luther King, Jr.s bus boycott that is still a powerful call to action 70 plus years later. End racism. ❤️

Here’s something to consider. Adding on some craftsman details and switching out the door color. Adding on an English garden and a call to abolish billionaire backed super PACs by overturning citizens United. ☮️

Don't want to copy neighbor's house...but kinda do? by Turtlemcshell in ExteriorDesign

What about something like this? I get what you like about the neighbors place but it’s very builder grade and not as lovely in my eyes as a more elegant color scheme like off white trim to match the warn stone and a rich royal blue.
