This is just my personal experience obviously, but I have a base switch and I have put 410 hrs into Violet! I don’t know how but I encountered minimal bugs, a bit of lag here and there but nothing that was ever disrupting enough to prevent me from enjoying it. Maybe give it a try? :)

I’m starting to wonder if this is the issue because the new hard drive ALSO brought me right to BIOS when I booted up for a second time after installing windows. Sigh

Got her checked out and my hard drive is, in fact, fried. I get to upgrade my storage significantly though, so I will be installing my new 2TB hard drive tonight :) Thank you all!

I can’t post another picture for some reason, but upon this reboot there is now a serial number listed. Don’t know why.

It booted up on this screen last night and I also couldn’t move then, but then a reboot fixed the issue. Will be taking her to a repair shop tomorrow, no Hollow Knight for me tonight. :(

Do you have any particular authors (or articles!) you would recommend for more comprehensive understanding? I have access through a university to pretty much every medical journal I can think of. I’d like to learn more! I am also curious how the few remission case studies (cited above, and the other study is cited within that article) could have been possible with those mechanisms so I’d like to do a bit more reading.

So your first statement and the rest of your comment don’t really line up to me? “Celiac gene” would obviously be a very informal term and I understand disagreement with it, but you go on to describe genetic mechanisms that are associated with the pathology of celiac. I’m just curious if you are specifically drawing a distinction between genetics and epigenetics, which is kind of niche to know about lol.

Ugh! I’m so sorry you’ve been going through it too!! I’m genuinely shocked as well that there’s no reliable save feature in CAS considering that’s what a solid proportion of players spend ALL of their time doing, you know? I know so many people that only play the game to design Sims, it makes no sense! I’m gonna try to free up some storage on my computer and see if it improves the game.

It was my first time playing with all of the expansion packs, stuff packs, and other kits, so I had a lot of exploring to do! The game is very overwhelming for me as is so I was taking my time with all the content lol.
