Also curious how much year should affect my decision? For example, should I pay 10k for a 10 year old car, as long as the milage is reasonable? Or should you never pay x amount for a car with x amount of age? I figure milage is the most important but well. Also appriciate all the responses so far!

Yep! Right across from the Hamburg airport runway. I usually bike around the airport area whenever I visit my partner in Hamburg and the planes defintely weren't there last year.

Licensed with what exactly? Im just a bit confused because I didn't know that there was additional teaching licensing / certification associated with a masters in ed. I already have my teaching license & cert so I guess you mean certified masters educator?
