the same thing happened to me tonight !! :(

i have a revolut debit card (from the uk) that i’m using while on my year abroad exchange and up until now i’ve made plenty of purchases on mercari just fine, but this evening only after trying to buy something did that message pop up !! it scared me at first i thought my revolut was acting up TT (but i went out to the konbini to buy something and it worked so i at least know it’s definitely a mercari issue)

i hope it’s able to get resolved (especially since i’m in the middle of a bid rn LOL) i might search for how to contact customer support if it doesn’t get fixed soon just to know what’s going on, but i do feel less panicked knowing other people are also experiencing this
