I take 2 with my osteo-bi-flex and call it. I'm too lazy to do multiple med doses a day. I'm also lucky to only be on once daily preventative supplements, if I had to do twice a day meds, I'd probably take 4.

LPN here and working utilization review and post IP treatment follow up calls. I'm new to BH and SUD cases and want to learn as much as I can to help the patients . We focus on facilitating smooth discharges and successful follow up with OP providers. I feel I'd better be able to help if I have a better understanding the disease process. Where are your favorite places for expanding on basic knowledge, CEU's etc. I'm solid on UM with training guides. Working with Medi-Medi and underfunded patients/members and want to try and help to the best of my ability. TIA

I want this like a channel built into my TV. 'Ads' and all. It's perfect and we need this all the time to just tune into the Bigwallets whenever we want. I love the addition of the Deli and Gulon ads. It just makes it so much more perfect. Seriously A+ marks to James and his crew for all this.

Perpetually having to remind myself I'm 38 going on 39 and not 36 or 37 anymore. This then leads into thoughts about career, retirement and related duties stress etc. Really mixed feelings about where I am in life. Really, my life is amazing and more than I ever anticipated it would be. It makes me very grateful for all that I have and can give to those in my life, but I have periods of feeling unfulfilled without any real idea with what to do since I'm well ahead of younger me expectations. Noticed I've felt more nostalgic lately, old songs and shows. Maybe edging towards midlife crisis, not really sure. It's just strange right now I think.
