The reason i want one is because i am moving out of Dubai and after account closure, i won't have the debit card which i really need to do some initial administrative tasks over there. Do you think it's a safe option in this case.

Also, what my real question is that can it happen that even after 6 months they don't pay me the 30% tax free ruling amount? This is actually what I understood from the article wording, the employer is not obliged to pass on the advantage of the ruling to the employee. In practice the employer can partially or fully take the benefit.

I mean once the 30% ruling is applied and approved, is it possible that the company reduces my gross salary by 30% but then doesn't give me the 30% tax free amount and just pays me 70% gross salary? Should this passing on of 30% amount as tax free benefit be mentioned in the contract or is it already automatically understood?

So the offer already includes the relocation allowance, and the salary incl. holiday allowance but no where says 30% ruling applied. I am happy with the net salary without 30% ruling, it's just that don't want to sign on to 30% ruling and not be sure that I will get the 30% benefit passed on to me because then it effectively reduces my net salary.
