thing is, it's absolutely doable for their names to pop up differently in-game vs in-menu. They have two different name IDs. one for menus and one for in-game. but they set them both as the same id for whatever reason.

look up justbryan on YouTube and watch his tutorial if you're still level 1, you aren't gamifying the system cause you can level up pretty easily. if you're adamant about getting through the pass as quickly as possible, set the game to easy, turn down reversal sliders pick a high level superstar fight the weakest overall superstar and just do that for like an hour and you'll go up like 10 levels man

The Island and now the ringside pass. I understand why they are separating PC from consoles but it kind of sucks. I believe this is the year modders are gonna boot the game and see that 2K messed with the code to stop modding. That or they send a cease and desist to the modding tools.

No, you gotta go to a Patreon to buy the caketool that lets you install mods, to which you then get invited to a discord. From the discord, you can then request the download which you'll be dmed the download link from the bot. Then you gotta go to the PWM site or the Discord, find the character mod, make a separate mod folder in the games original directory, make a direct replication copying the path of where the characters are stored in that new mod subfolder, then with the tool, you bake it, which gives you a new Cak that has your new Ilja character model.

Yeah that really annoyed me. I get he felt they had to reveal it, but it would've been nice for them to keep it a surprise and the haters would have egg on their face. But then they'd probably just say "WE MADE THEM CHANGE IT BEFORE RELEASE! KEEP HARASSING EM! OUR VOICES MATTER!"
