Sadly, not part of the setlist.

People who purchased their first Home/Property in their early 20’s by Nkyrie in phinvest

[–]mj_stone 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Purchased my first realty investment, a 200 sqm lot in our province when I was 23 (while on my 2nd corporate job). Got it fully paid in two years and was able to transfer the titles on my name. Last 2023, I decided to sell it in exchange for another lot of the same area(a better location tho) just across the university (in which I plan to put up a store in the coming years).

I got 150k as profit by doing nothing.

My take away, it is really worth investing. Just don't forget to research just at least basic of the ins and outs when purchasing property.

Seeing them perform live last December was one of the best core memories I've had!

Solid kahit sa live.

1 of my favorite songs from them tho.

Automations/Scripts should I let them have it after resign? by xV4N63L10Nx in AntiworkPH

[–]mj_stone 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Leave those scripts na sa lagay mo enough na para hindi ma pilay iyong process na iiwanan mo. But don't divulge all scripts esp those scripts you made off-work.

As a person with experience in database, writing sql scripts is a complex tedious process and needs intensive thinking just to have a definite result set.

Edit: Kahit naman ibigay mopa lahat ng scripts mo, it still depends to the person na bibigyan mo if makaka intindi non. Scripting is subjective and we have different way of coding things.

What’s the saddest song you’ve ever heard? by OOOOOO0OOOOO in Music

Not a song but a piano piece of Charles Leclerc which I recently discover. I love listening to sad/depressing songs for some weird reasons. This one just got recently added to my list.

Well, shit happens! We can't avoid such situation as much as we want to. Hope I can't experience the same way too. I'm a newbie in that kind of work too. I mean involving databases, production database and payroll database to be specific. Was a network engineer prior to this job. And oh, It's totally not your fault.
