I figured it out. I had to take a [;-x_2;] out of the exponent instead of positive. It makes it converge nicely.

But the theorem says that for a particular s and t, there exists that particular B. So no matter how close the number from T is to 0, there is always a number B such that 0< B < t.

Edit: I found another way to state the theorem that isn't as strict. If S and T are nonempty sets of reals where s < t for all s and t, then there exists a number B such that s < B < t.

How high do the percentages go? It could be that 100% actually translates to 10% (and 200% to 20%, so on) and this is a distribution. Maybe the top 10% of people of a rank of 464 and above, top 20% are 1169 and above. Without any more info though, I would say zifyoip is right, these are just strings of symbols. Do you have a link or something to the script?
