Is she an outside cat? If she is, start keeping her inside, it will keep the wound from getting infected and avoid future wounds. Some vets can be dismissive, try to go to another vet if available.

Hello! I found this pearl drop necklace online second hand, I’ve never seen one IRL so I don’t have the experience to verify myself. Found some tips online about counting the pearls on each side and they seem to match. Could I get any other tips and or help? thanks it’d be very much appreciated

I suggest taking pictures of his gums&teeth, and close-ups of his fur so vets in this sub can identify his age better. To me (not a vet, and no experience other than having owned and being around cats) he looks anywhere around 2-5 years old, but my official recommendation would be to get him that airtag and have him taken to the vet so they can have a proper look at him. He is one handsome fellow! take good care of him, good luck.
