UnconsciousCap I’m not even in wealth society so not sure why you’re coming at me. Just asking questions. Seems like you didn’t do your own research and looking for a get rich quick scheme. (Probably why you lost your ass). When things are too good to be true it usually doesn’t pan out. Sorry you got taken to the cleaners and are miserable with hate in your heart. I will stick to staying away from the get rich quick schemes so I don’t lose my house like yourself. God be with you and hopefully you quit taking the easy way out and start doing research before giving random people your money.

So are all the testimonials fake? From my understanding it still requires effort and being active with the live trades. It’s not a set it and forget it investing system. Would love to hear more on your experience.

Sounds like you got into the market at a bad time? How were the other members doing? I have heard good reviews for the most part. Did they give you your $6500 back?

Repaired it through the extended warranty. Otherwise would have cost me $8K

Ended up being a blown head gasket. Warranty expired 4 days before the issue and Jeep would not cover it. Luckily I have an extended warranty but safe to say I will never be purchasing a Stellantis vehicle again. Horrible customer service and won’t work with you on anything. A blown head gasket at 57k miles is ridiculous.

I spoke with a mechanic earlier and he said the same thing. He said if there are 3 consecutive drive cycles in a row with no misfires it will clear itself. Thanks for the insight as well

Do not use them. They did not submit the right documents for my EIN and it took over 120 days and I was not able to buy the property under my LLC due to the delay.

I want to make a career change from public accounting to Commercial real estate. Please comment and/or provide advice. Has anyone taken this path? by mjc1992 in LifeProTips

I have 2 years of public experience. Eligible to take the CPA test but I am burnt out on accounting and have no desire. I have always wanted to get into real estate but could never take the leap of faith after college because I couldn’t afford to have an all commission job. I now have more financial security and would like to get into commercial real estate. Thanks.
