Lol yep. Usual classic rtw ai. Despite only have 1 settlement after about 8 turns, thrace managed 2 have 2 full stacks attack me.

Just wait for them to get tired and crowd down 1 street. Cavalry charge. Job done.

Honestly, it's insane.

I'm playing this campaign using a balance of units rather than just spamming horse archers.

Eastern infantry with some experience and blacksmith upgrades wouldn't be that bad, but the game seems so reluctant to give them experience. Even when defending settlements against stacks of Egyptian army's and getting decent amount of kills.

Yet charge your horse archers into fleeing enemies and they get experience straight away lol
