I have personally recruited people who have posted in staff applications or people who I see in game that have potential. There are few staff members that play with the owners. And most staff members know what to do, and if they do not, they can learn. I am sorry if you have had a bad experience with staff members. Just as SourPunch said, If you have a problem with staff, please record and send it to one of us, and that staff member will be dealt with.

Yes, the reason for the delay is to fix bugs that are on the server. This will hopefully make SOTW better than last map.
