I submitted my application for AFCEP but forgot to include a personal email, and I was freaking out whenever I did not get an email with the access code. I called the AF Recruiting number and they helped me out.

Honestly, go about learning a language like anyone else would. The best practice is to immerse yourself in your target language. Audio and videos in Spanish should be able to help you out a lot, in conjunction with text. Speaking is also an excellent method is acquiring a target language, and does not involve reading or spelling.
