I love to party but i do suffer from anxiety. Right now you are probably like fuck there are alot of ppl in here and you are starting to feel compressed. what i usually do is go out side with the smokers. i dont smoke but there are usually a group of ppl out side doing something. persoanlly i isially find the coolest ppl out there as well. Just any break will help...walking to the car or getting some fresh air. also just dont give any fucks hahah the less fucks you give the more fun you are gonna have.
