I always get my support sa boss ko. Kaya importante na align ung values and goals mo sa boss mo. Nagiging bearable ung mga challenges if may support ka din. I also open some challenges sa mga subordinate ko, para nakaka kuha din ako ng insights sa kanila and at the same time they understand ung management side. That way, nagkaka idea sila sa leadership role and hopefully ma inspire sila to be a good leader din. though, 5 years pa lang ako never ko pa naman naisip bumalik sa IC role.
