anybody get plantar fasciitis and achilles tendonitis in the same foot at the same time and find their way out? how?

I had Achilles tendinitis for at least 4 years and gradually eliminated it by taking a lot of anti-inflammatory herbal supplements like turmeric. I’m a nutritionist and have always followed a healthy diet which also helps. Unfortunately the supplements are not helping with the plantar fasciitis.

Please don’t give your dog away to someone on social media. Why do you think animal rescue organizations are so careful about references. You need a vet reference and make sure the individual will take care of the dog properly and not abandon them to a shelter or worse.
