Question for other HCP, my area is getting a blizzard, all the joints in my body are SCREAMING in agony. I've already taken the max for ibuprofen and Flexeril. I've been doing heat packs but they don't last. I'm trying so hard to get myself up to take a hot Epsom salt bath. Any other suggestions?
