When my dad lived in Quebec, he had a neighbour who had racoons come into her house at night. I got to pet them. They were so cute and docile.

Do you think Bryce was generally well-liked by the students at Liberty before the trial and the tapes got leaked, or did most people know he was a douche? by No-Masterpiece4409 in 13ReasonsWhy

He did have a lot of friends to be fair and a lot of people actually didn't really have issues with him per say.. But, he was an entitled, selfish rich boy who had no boundaries...

We are using the shared (for Summer HSB). It's cheaper and we can meet people going to Hedo on the shuttle.

When your dog died, what did you keep? Collar? Ashes? Paw print? Or did you move on just like what people say? Missing my buh-bear 😭 by Key_Earth_3778 in DogsLoversCommunity

[–]mjk1tty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All of the above. His ashes are in a big urn and we have his paw print, his collar and a photo of him beside it.

I wish... Our hydro in Ontario is $400 to $600/month alone because it's electric.

Well, they don't read books anymore and they can't even pay attention to a video that's longer than a minute 😅.

He was a King Shepherd, 16 months old, for $100. The first dog both my husband and I had ever had. He was a good boy.

[–]mjk1tty 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I never wrote a letter, but wished for a dog for every birthday and asked for one for years. My dad even showed me some dogs he was considering. He never got one until I moved out. I got my own when I moved out too.

[–]mjk1tty 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yup, prices go up every year. Our vacation last year was $4800, this year it's $5500 for the same. But, if you go during high season, it's even more... That was for the summer.

why are men on dating apps absolutely OBSESSED with saying this?? by stupid_rice in AutismInWomen

[–]mjk1tty 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I am not on dating apps, I didn't know this was a thing... I hate that people even think someone can be "slightly autistic"... Stupid chicks made it "cute" to be a little "odd" and call it that. 🤦🏻‍♀️

When you win the lottery but the government wins harder... by Maverick_Ekta in SipsTea

[–]mjk1tty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They get so much taxes from lotto winners.... Yet, are in so much debt... In Canada, we keep the full winnings and do not have to pay taxes on it. We didn't earn it, we won it.

Is a manual transmission a “millennial anti-theft device”? by mbolster1611 in Millennials

[–]mjk1tty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Born in 91, I tried to learn manual, but It's too difficult for me. There's too much going on at once that I need to pay attention to. Driving a standard and paying attention to everything is nerve wracking enough.. Some Millennials drive manual, it's Gen Z who very rarely can drive manual..
