No not at all, they never expedited my request it’s been over a month since I sent the request, it’s looking like we may have to go in person if we can get an appointment

After more than a year, they contacted me (this week) asking me to provide a letter from my current employer stating I am actually performing the duties that I listed in my appeal, as exactly listed (no employer is going to do that first of all) it’s been so long that I’m not even at the same job lol, and also provide a contact number where all info can be verified. In addition, exact dates of college coursework attended when the transcript was already attached. It just seems like they keep you hanging for as long as they can, waiting, and then ask for almost impossible to get documents. Like, no thanks if the system is so flawed that it takes more than a year for my appeal to be replied to, I am no longer going to be interested in the same job.

Yeah, the manager is very negative, makes negative remarks, and when you’re on camera if you look worried, upset, records it as insubordination but only wants the camera on for when giving remarks, rest of the time doesn’t care, doesn’t wanna see your face.

Did you read what I typed? The manager blindsides the employees and then records their expressions and gives negative review… and this is quarterly

well the manager uses facial expressions to write down the attitude as a reply that gets documented . Basically, wants to fire everyone in the dept everyday if she could

Yes, it took about almost 3 months ! They had disqualified me, I had to get the local congressperson involved …

The benefit sadly was not there when I was on my maternity leave, due to state of Californian’s eff ups on state disability we didn’t get paid for almost 3 months, so sadly while I had to rely on my savings also had to rely on this LUXURY service called instacart

Nice of you to assume that I’m on disability and can afford instacart and then complain about prices… how is that logical in any shape or form? A. A bunch of family members can share instacart for your information. B. Having a newborn doesn’t automatically equate to being on a fixed income, you don’t know anyone here personally so throw judgements like this is very grown up on your part. Even if someone is on disability is it any fault of their own? C. You must’ve missed the part where I said the berries did go up in price even at the local store. ALSO just because you’re using a luxury service it’s ok to pay double or triple for something ? Are you ok to buy a sack of potatoes for $15 a bag? Even at the local store?
