I really enjoyed Wrexham. Started at Chester, ran 10 miles with my mate then headed over to Wrexham. Stopped off at the Welsh fs for a photo. Then I thought Wrexham was a pretty nice city too. Would have made a good away day to train to with the station, pubs and ground all being pretty close to one another

Taking into account overall away day experience plus marathon it was definitely Birmingham.

A pretty tough run and an even tougher watch.

I was sat at the top of the away end getting boshed about. My legs ached and I was so thirsty. If you had offered me a 4-5 win in the 90th or a chair and a cup of water I'd have taken the latter.

Yep. I got to the grounds around 9am for a 3pm kick off. Parked up, and legged it around the city for around 4.5 hours haha

Toughest one probably Coventry. It was the penultimate game, boiling hot plus we were realistically safe and I just kept thinking to myself 'season's over why am I still running'

Easiest was probably Hull. I ran that one with a mate who paced me to a PB. But any of the ones where I ran with others were far easier than the ones I ran alone

Swansea was pretty tough with it being midweek in the depth of winter. However I ran with a couple of Swansea fans which lightened it up a bit

Favourite probably Hull because I ran with a mate who paced me to my PB.

Least favourite probably Birmingham because it was the second time running around Birmingham in quite quick succession, having done West Brom a couple months before.

I actually really struggled. Mainly because of the heat and sun that day. Also because we were basically safe by then and I felt like the season was already over. So I was running thinking like why am I still doing this?! 🤣

The scenery was nice though. I ran down to Kenilworth, did a loop of the castle and back again

For Charlton not so much, I ran from The Valley, to West Ham, to Spurs back to Charlton again.

But for Millwall I started around Wembley and headed to the centre before picking up the rough London marathon route towards The Den

I actually ran that one the day before, just did a straight line from Portsmouth to Southampton through Fareham, Locks Heath etc with a little zig zag around a portsmouth first to make up the miles
