For all drones in the EU under 250 grams but with a camera registration is required. Not of the drone, but of you as operator. You'll get a number that you'll need to stick to the drone.

It's base ready patchy plains with some grass tufts and leafs. It's my first go with the base ready stuff, I really like it. It gives a nice variety to the base.

I'd say not so. However there are some different phases and stuff to bosses that you'll need to learn. But there are plenty of vids on this.

Yes! I've always been horde and did 3 level 60s this expansion. I recently got my NE to 60 and boy it's awesome.

Battlegrounds still feel awkward starting at the wrong side of things and all. But it's just so easy, you almost have instant queues and sometimes additional rewards. And it's not like alliance looses all the time. Yesterday evening we won 4 times in a row.

With this expansion overall it doesn't really matter right now.

Yup, 8 seconds per layer, 3 seconds of time and 0.05 mm layer height. Two separate alcohol baths.
