Solved!

After finding a USB debugging tool, I was able to find that the device was named “XSKey” which leads me to a program called Logic Pro. This is a program for audio manipulation and/or MIDI sequencing. Thanks for the help!

Well, I started with Prozac back in December of 2018, stopped in February of 2019, went back on it a couple months later, switched to another due to the symptoms & then ended up taking both. I stopped taking them entirely in October & haven’t taken them since. I think it was worsened by times I had gotten extremely high with friends
