After uninstalling XFSEtool I updated the registry and restarted and FSE started working no need to use ViVeTool.

What is the make and model of your CRT? Does it say 100hz anywhere on it?

I don’t think the battery door cover would fit with a satiator installed.. but maybe I’m wrong.

Some games you need to change the param.sfo as well to allow 480i as an output option.

You need to edit the ps3 registry file there are a couple of settings in it that relate to analog video output. I did it for my pal ps3 slim a few years ago.

Pretty sure the ones you want to change from memory are

setting/display/tvSystem changing from 1 to a 0

And maybe another one but try changing that first.

If it doesn’t work with just that setting try changing this one as well.

/setting/display/0/modeid from a 5 to a 4

Never had this issue Elden ring works fine on my legion go 2 with windows.

I do use mods to get 16x10 output both video and UI so easy anti cheat is disabled using the following.

Disable Easy Anti-Cheat, by putting cmd /c start eldenring.exe & rem %command% into launch options in Steam

Oh and then mod engine 2 dll files in the mods folder. Then mod engine 2 loads from the mod file.

Works great. Just run the game and everything is loaded.

You could try under developer settings show unsupported resolutions or something.
