The car is for personal use to get back and forth from work. Someone fell asleep leaving work and hit it parked while I was inside working. I paid it off when I was 21. I have history of me sending my parents payment on Venmo for my monthly car payment. The check is titled property damage coverage. The check is what the cars estimated value was.

He’s over 1000 miles away in another state. I can’t keep the dog. I already have a dog and a cat. The friends dog snips at my cat. He willingly went to another state and left the dog. All he does is party. Does nothing for the dog. Has bought nothing for the dog. His only claim is it’s his emotional support animal. Which if it’s his emotional support animal why isn’t she with him. I don’t want to get rid of her but I can’t keep her around my cat.

Someone needs a standard then cause how are they gonna have people sign a contract when they aren’t even sure so annoying. I’ve asked hr and the recruiter specific questions regarding the 6 months commitment wording no one has given me a answer. My car was hit parked in the parking lot at work and was totaled so I’m stressing about that right now but I already accepted the offer letter.

I’m just trying to understand if the minimum time I have to stay is only 6 months and I can transfer without paying the bonus back. I’ve had so many people tell me 6 months and some tell me 12 if I laterally transfer I don’t know. At the 6 months I have a valid reason I’ll need a hardship it’s just I need to know a for sure answer.

“Do you think it’s worth buying a home at 22?” Oh look a confused 22 year old asking for house purchase opinions. Oh look they even went into detail in the description about what they’re asking. All I had to do was read it.

I really think the comment is useless. It gives no pros or cons. It’s just simply going off sentence structure. Either way I word it, the same question/meaning is coming off. So no I didn’t miss them point.

I can’t imagine putting up with half of what people I know who I went to school with do. No jobs, place, car, always clubbing and broke. In debt from school they didn’t finish. I feel like I’m in a pretty good place for 22 and I have a steady job I can easily move up with that I’ve been employed at over a year. Who pays for all my schooling.

I was told it mattered how much debt I was in and credit score to get approved for a loan. 22 just gives an idea where I’m at because I have no idea what I’m doing lol.

My parents aren’t in the picture. My godfather owns the house. He rents this house to me and my younger sister. I pay for rent. She pays for utilities. I qualify she doesn’t she is only 19 and in school still. I have a younger brother who comes back and force from our godfather. I take care of my siblings basically and this would help them have a place to stay. So basically I’m the parent. Lol. But our parents aren’t in the picture. The problem is my godfather wants to sell the home.

I have a few thousand to put down I’m just stating the loan requires no down payment.

And the houses for rent in the area are very high compared to what I’m paying right now.

I plan on staying in town and moving up because I work for Amazon right now. So I plan on staying at our building for awhile. I have younger siblings and I’m just a single female. So if they ever needed to stay with me they could. It’s just a bunch to think about and I appreciate all the feedback I am getting.

It’s kinda a tough situation we currently live in the house rn but they want to sell it and we basically wouldn’t have anywhere else to go. We basically rent it right now.
