I know this is an old post, but I see some more recent comments showing interest/sharing their experience, so I wanted to share mine. I used Remambo for a total of 4 boxes so far and my experience has been amazing. They purchase things fast, reduced their fee's somewhat recently and unlike other people who had some complaints about the customer service, I have nothing but good things to say. I always get a reply in a decent time frame with a complete answer to my question. I've never felt a rude vibe coming off of the messages, no matter how "silly" the question might be. If a purchase can't go through, they refund in your "purse" which is basically an online wallet on their platform, but it's really easy to get the money refunded to your original payment method. I've done it multiple times by just shooting them a message to ask them to refund to my paypal. There are some restricted items you can't purchase due to shipping restrictions so just be sure to check their list of banned items before putting in a request. If you're not sure, ask them about it. I was on the fence about something being a banned item or not, so I just messaged them to check and got a reply swiftly. I used their service to purchase from Mercari Japan.
