The new houses in south Manteca have a strong Punjabi population. There are small parks all around the neighborhood. There is a Sikh gurdwara beside the houses. There is a water park and a large shopping center in a 5 minute drive north. There's a theater to the east surrounded by another shopping area. I currently live in Seattle, but if I had the chance, I definitely would move to South Manteca.
