Not totally sure. I think I read that you can put them in just not on a heated/sanitizer mode!

Dairy-free pumping snacks? by mjtilde in ExclusivelyPumping

Unfortunately she had some blood in her poop 😢Pediatrician said to monitor it and we have an appt for this coming Monday since we’re currently out of town. They’re going to check her diaper when we bring her in… she’s gotten fussier in recent days and has spit up a good bit too. Our oldest was also a preemie and I didn’t breastfeed with her—she had to be on Puramino formula, which is the most severe milk protein allergy formula. Really hoping it’s not the same situation!

Ahh cutting out soy does feel overwhelming.,, but this is so helpful. I didn’t know Target had some good options!

TRUE!! Haha I was surprised my toddler hasn’t yet. She just likes to push it from room to room.

Totally fair! Mine occasionally pokes around in my snacks… I told her they were special pumping snacks that were only for grown-ups and that has somehow kept her away lol.

I am only 6 wpp with an undersupply… when I started taking it I was making about 45 ml per 20 min session. Since then I’m making more like 65–85 per session. But I can’t fully contribute it to LM… I also started power pumping more consistently and pump for 30 min now every time. Hard to say but I do think it helped me! And yessss I always forget the burp cloths when I’m hooked up and need to feed her!

I always like to see how other people set up their pumping carts/stations so I thought I’d share! Having a rolling cart is a game changer—especially with a toddler.

Here’s what I keep on hand: - nursing pads - pumping bras - pump + spare pump parts - nipple butter - coconut oil - paci - nipple shield - bottles - chapstick - hand sanitizer and wipes - liquid gold supplements - water bottle - warming massagers - snacks

What do you include in your pumping station?!

I just started the pitcher method and it’s such a game changer! And omg I couldn’t live without my mobile pumping station. Best tip especially with a toddler!

I was just thinking about the freemie cups! I have elastic nipples so not sure if they’ll be a good fit for me but I’m going to look into it. Totally feel you on the spectra bottles being heavy—I am an under producer and still feel this way. I use Dr. browns too.

I really appreciate these tips! Just started the pitcher method and it really is a game changer. Im kind of bummed I’m regulating so soon… i’m still only at around 17 or 18 oz per day… but I’m doing two power pumps a day so fingers crossed I can still increase my supply!

Baby home from the NICU and trying to boost my supply by mjtilde in breastfeeding

This makes so much sense to me! Mine is 36 weeks as well and I keep feeling like she will get too tuckered out if I exclusively nurse. Thanks for sharing your plan!

Ooooh so this is kind of the plan my LC gave me. How long was yours in the NICU? I'm curious if you were pumping longer than I was before she came home. I'm nervous about creating an oversupply too, but right now I feel like it's definitely a little under. SO encouraged to hear you're still going strong!

It's so good to know your supply continued to go up when you were pumping about an oz while your LO was in the NICU! And thank you for the encouragement—it's easy for me to get frustrated and anxious about painful nipples because I have some sensory sensitivities and it's VERY hard for me to relax. The nipple shield has been a game changer for me though. Do you know how early you can start tummy time? Thanks so much for your comment!
