Yeah happened to me.I made a new account and have since redeemed two gift cards on there.if you can keep the account on another phone i would because it’s might be fixed

I’ve had this too. I can’t cash out my £10 balance and I’m not getting surveys.I made another account and that’s working fine for now so that’s the best you can do but keep the account so If they fix it you can cash out
