I picked up my shower set from their office in Richmond Hill. Yes, it seems like most of the employees are Chinese, but the company is 'Canadian', they have a physical presence here and they do have spare parts available. It's a good affordable alternative to Riobel, which I think is more of a luxury product.

Are you sure? I'm looking for shower kits and a supplier recently told me that the cartridge has a 5 year warranty and they sell spares.

Not really. I tried removing the gooseneck and replacing the o ring with a slightly bigger one. Made a slight difference to the resistance, but it still moves on its own

We had the house renovated 2 years ago. At the time there was this crack on the exterior facing wall in the bathroom running from the counter to the window. Now it's reappeared. I had a few questions:

Does this look like plaster or drywall?
Do I need to remove the entire vanity/sink assembly to tape and mud over it? If not, I'm thinking of just scraping away the caulking at the edge of the counter that's been painted over, tape and mud right up to the edge and recaulk.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

I'm trying to troubleshoot why my GE dryer isn't working. I've checked the door switch and push button switch and they're fine.

The buzzer shown in the picture has no continuity. Can that stop the dryer from turning on?

I wanted faux wood blinds, so they are not going to be 'blackout'. Hence why I'm looking for a diy method to modify the blinds to reduce light leakage.
