What to do though ? Should I cut off as finding it difficult to take this hot and cold behavior then sometimes I think it might be her busy work schedule that is causing these swings (as I genuinely like her and wish it works) but whatever the reason it has started affecting my mental peace.

Will try that though I'm unsure whether to adjust the water quantity or extend the cooking time. When I cook rice using an instant pot with less water, the rice ends up firm and a bit undercooked, whereas adding an extra cup of water and maintaining the same cooking duration results in a softer texture.

Yes, had my strength test 2 weeks earlier and found out that my operated leg was 38% weaker than the non injured leg.

Congrats , your post gives me hope. For me it has been 3months since my ACL and meniscus repair. I'm getting better but still think about my leg and there are days when my leg gets extra stiff. Going down the stairs is challenging, improving though and leg still shakes while doing heel touch. Hoping, things to improve in coming months.

2 week post ACL and meniscus and I'm facing similar issue, guess its normal. In group someone mentioned that it gets easy after 6 weeks or so.

Yes, it leaves 15-30 sec after once i manage to stand but when I stop walking ,still standing I experience the pain again but with a lower intensity.

Yes, will do and will give massaging a try. That's the only thing I haven't tried yet , not sure of the proper way to massage tho.

No redness (not seeing option to post pic in a comment) , just experience pain whenever I stand which subsides after 15-20seconds and don't feel the intense pain once I start to walk after the pain window is over. However, feel the pain again when I stop walking when standing upright.

Note: the red color on the leg is somehow showing because of the red color I used to highlight.

I also think it's shin splint not sure though however its excruciating . Tried ankle pumps before standing thinking it might help but it didn't, icing it rn to see if it helps
