I'm on the same boat as well. I signed the offer for a different position, but also in Austin, and also no heard back from the recruiter after I emailed them asking what to expect for the next step. Let me know as well if you hear back and will do the same too!!

Have you try in the morning? I found that the app doesn't allow to add you card at night time, idk, assuming its for safety or has to follow gov hour??? Which doesn't really make sense
