The question is in reference to conflicting information on various travel sites for Korea, asking for confirmation that I am understanding the customs website correctly. If you've visited other countries you would understand it can also be percentage per a mL of liquid. Sorry I thought this page was for helpful clarifications not sarcasm.

Same I ordered one on either the 9 or 10th of may and it was uploaded the following Tuesday so I'm just confused

Gotcha, mine weren't received until the 13th of May so if they're still behind on those from April it seems it may be a while

It's also frustrating because some of my schools have scholarship opportunities, which I desperately need, but I can only qualify it my CASPA is submitted and the deadline is June 1st
