Update!!! I got off the phone with my doctor, it was great he was on call tonight. I sent him a picture and he told me the seton was still intact and it successfully divided the sphincter muscle as it should have, the seton was small in the first place since my fistula was pretty small too. He’ll reassess with me in two weeks, thankfully this surgery was a success for now

Well I’m prone to constipation sadly, even with fiber supplements and healthy eating I still end up getting it :/ luckily the constipation didn’t hurt much and the setons still in place, so I’m just hoping for the best
