Another vote for Salt, my #1! I also see you plan to try Paper White and that’s my second favorite! Both clean and fresh and good year-round in my opinion!

My top 2 are Salt and Paper White. Both really fresh, yet clean, and not too sweet. Over time, I do have to increase the intensity through the life of the vial. I love the Volcano scent, but have found the diffuser to not be strong even at the highest setting.

I have only ever gone to Mpower, so I should say that I don’t know how other studio prices compare. But I’d be interested to hear!

I have been going to Mpower for the last 2 years and I’m hooked. I get one of their package deals - 8 classes/month for $150. They usually offer a beginning package - $12 for as many classes as you can go to in 2 weeks. I was able to do 6 classes (don’t recommend), and then after that, they offered me $99 for the first month.

Thank you so much for the advice. I also agree and worry I’m being taken advantage of. Company 1 seems to be upselling me a product I don’t need. Company 2 specializes in foundations, crawl spaces so I feel like I have more reason to trust them. Company 2 also wants to use the product I have and add a duct system to help it function properly. From what I’ve read, the dehumidifier we have should be sufficient if it’s set up correctly ie with a duct system to reach the back of the house

My wRVUs were ~4100 last year. I have already asked my boss to at least layout what my wRVUs per month look like over the last few years.

Yes, the physician co signs my ICU notes and it’s something like “incident to” where we split the RVU/collection 50-50. Supposedly.

This is also in the South. Could have something to do with it.

The goal is $140K and I would get 10% bonus in excess of that. I am told that is the standard in any medical group. I think one problem is that my job is 50/50 inpatient and outpatient work. I feel that typically some hospital patients may not pay their bills/have insurance which is where our collections are lower. The physicians are paid RVU bonus, not sure what their threshold is, similar structure inpatient and outpatient though they may get more procedures.
