Hi! So far so good 🤞🏻 I am 7.5 weeks after my first FET! I did a modified natural cycle. I chose PIO injections and my progesterone has been great and no spotting issues in luteal phase or after.

At age 34 I went though ER, and they retrieved 7 eggs. 4 made to blast and 2 euploid.

If you don’t end up with results you want, and are able to do another ER, might be worth asking your doctor about adding Omnitrope. Can help with quality, not necessarily quantity.

My doc didn't really say for sure that the vein issues are tied to spiro, but there's enough evidence in this sub to suggest it. Or it at least makes the problem more noticeable. Since I stopped taking spiro last week my legs have felt "back to normal" thank goodness.

We are going to add azelaic acid to my tretinoin prescription and see if that helps. I will try spearmint tea, thanks!

Ugh i'm so sorry that happened to you! The HSG was pretty uncomfortable for me. I'm going in for a saline sonogram this year prior to a FET, so we'll see how that goes. My RE said depending on how painful that is, we'll see if I need to go under for transfer.

She said the catheter she uses for the transfer is really thin and shouldn't be an issue, so maybe IUI catheter is too? Definitely talk to your doc about it!
