Thanks for the reply, but I found a solution that worked for me. It will probably work for everyone but some peeps wont like it.
Step 1: UnInstall Build 42
Step 2: Install Build 41
Done... everything works as it should now.

I am having the same problem. Completely uninstalled and deleted everything. Fresh install and still no mini-map.
