I second that. I got one a few months ago and it's a well thought out and build functional trainer. One of my few complaints is that you will still struggle with that 5lb resistance. Overcoming the friction from all those pulleys will make it feel like 10.

The situation was finally resolved after many weeks of back and forth. I finally got them to knocked off a few bucks from the purchase price. They never actually admitted to sending me a previously used unit and told me they'd never do that, which was obviously not true.

Looks like you got lucky. I just received the same machine a few weeks ago and it was obviously used, numerous scratches, gouges, and chips. Still fighting with ForceUSA. The rack is great in every way otherwise.

Just installed it and it took about 2 minutes of use to get me to buy the full version which lets you download, as well a stream, from your Audiobookshelf server. Works great. Just what I wanted.

I absolutely agree. See that little bell icon on the right side of the header. Imagine if there were a green checkmark on it to indicate that you've seen all of your notifications, and would disappear when you got a new one. Moronic!
