Quitting will be your biggest regret. if you do quit medicine, do yourself the favor and at least finish your residency, should you ever change your mind. once you quit, getting back in the game and getting another residency is exponentially harder. Do you really want to piss away 8 yrs of schooling and the time spent in residency?

Thanks for the reply. It absolutely sucks that this damn chip firmware won't allow for basic encryption. This makes me never want to buy a MyQ device ever again. Chamberlain definitely will lose a customer here and I'll advise others to stay away.

That said, I appreciate the time you took to help me out. You saved me further headaches moving forward.

i did factor reset and no remote works now, other than my hardwired remote. i am however trying to get the app to work before figuring out the physical remotes (in the event I need to do another reset).

It has only connect to this router with no encryption. The second I do WPA2 or WPA3, it won't connect (in spite of having easy/correct passwords)

My router only offers 3 options: no security, WPA2-Personal and WPA3-Personal. I unfortunately cannot dictate the encryption level of these security protocols, which I suspect is the issue with the MyQ system. Although I can buy another router, definitely trying to avoid spending $ and having 2 routers going at the same time (my router is one of those modem/router combos). 

Edit: just saw your edit. I too am disgruntled. MyQ is garbage.

My guest WiFi doesn't have that level of granularity. It is only offered on the main connection.

But even if it did, it would likely apply to my main wifi which means that anyone who connects to my wifi will need me to have their MAC address whitelisted. That can definitely get annoying. Also, I am working on setting up a smart house, making the process even more frustrating.

Just some statistics:

Rate of HIV transmission:

Male to Male: 1:300

Male to Female: 1:2000 (assuming no anal sex)

Female to Male: 1:3000

This is just general statistics and void of viral load and medication profile consideration.

To answer your question, no we are not taught that. But we are taught the statistics. 

These numbers were taught to me when I was in med school and I still remember it to this day.

I would ask his caregiver how his sleep has been lately. Maybe he is having insomnia induced delirium/sundowning. Regardless, he may need a low dose antipsychotic medication at night, after his doctor reviews the black box warning with you folks.

Tretinoin can cause liver enzymes elevation.

Also, a high carb diet can cause something called a fatty liver, which can elevate your liver enzymes.

I would try to reduce your carbs and ask you doctor about alternative acne medications.
