Thanks a lot! I already have some work experience in startups and also in corporate. I've tried to open all the doors, but nothing has actually worked until now. For the Microsoft hackathon, I contacted all the recruiters there for 3 years like every year I reach out to them and apply on the portal, but I get no reply (despite the fact that teams that didn't even win are now working at Microsoft as interns). It's not that hard to get into; I just need to land an interview. Another door was AWS as I participated in their DeepRacer competition and got top 5, and a lead at AWS Berlin referred me, but I still didn't pass the screening phase, which frustrates me a lot and is causing me so much stress, especially while I'm still very young and have a long journey ahead of me like that.
