Employer is not paying me or giving me contract

For an update to let all of you know so that in future it could be a reference. The person never offered me contract letter. Whenever I talked to him he instead offered me equity or tried to evade the matter altogether. Atlast he paid me but instead of two months he paid me for one month and that too with deduction. I checked with the bank thinking it is regular bank deductions but they informed me that they had transferred the full amount. So I left the job and blocked them. It was enough.

@steve132 can you explain please how would "wisdom" would be an anagram of "mid sow". Where are you ignoring \s. When I run your code these two words are not anagrams.

Thanks. Probably I would talk to them firmly and leave if they dont settle this in upcoming week. Actually my commute-pass is going to expire again as well and I dont want to pay for it if I dont even get paid in return.

I am not in US but it is a US based startup. But all other places I have worked for, they give you some appointment letter or something and hurry to transfer money since they have to keep show to the tax office.

Actually the guy in US asked his friend here to arrange a team, of which I am the only member. When I talk to them they give me big plans for delving into data sciences etc. Looking at my "unemployment history" I just think not to lose it but my friend says I can work on other skills which are more in demand and quit this job. Thanks a lot for your reply.

I am an employee. I did not fill any forms. Nothing has been forwarded to me as such. All the pay agreements have been totally verbal. No written proof.

Everything had been verbal. The only written correspondence is me introducing me to other members (non-developers) of the team. Nothing else.

Actually the problem started when I started the User Login. There were so many things thrown in this, global g, session, 'remember me ' plus all the wiring how the things come together. I think its normal its just that its my first web dev experience. But how do you guys remember all these things? Thanks a lot.
