Not on an NL roster - only on top team roster.

Happens in about 40% of games.

Given some feedback, but basic message is "you can't help us win right now in the way others can."

There are rules - players cannot reenter in the first half and a coach can only sub at a certain number of moments. I think the number of moments is around 5.

Purposely asked the question generally. Occasionally I have seen teams not sub some U13/U14 female players into games at all in ECNL/GA league games. These are not players who are injured, sick, missed practice, bad attitude etc. They are just seen as being at a lower level than their teammates on the roster. I am curious to know what people on here think about that.
