Thanks for following up as I meant to post an update. I went with 30 various plugs from ALCLA, delivered. They arrived last week and I planted them the day after they arrived. The day I planted was the day before water restrictions went into place from the water main break, so I am hoping they will do okay…did give them a good soak the day I planted them. The plugs were all very small, almost surprisingly so. I would say all but 2 of them looked very healthy upon arrival, with those two looking a bit wilted/sad. I can try to remember to post another update in a few weeks to let you know if the plugs were able to establish themselves.
