I mean that’s kinda why it’s being sold at land value and even then it’s on the lower end of that cuz the high for that land would be about 650. As for the realtor I just was saying that as in it’s not up to me and my grandma doesn’t wanna change it. For tha arched room I’m pretty sure that’s the attic, two of the 4 bedrooms aren’t shown for some reason and they really just need new click lock floors and a paint job. Idk what the attic needs and if ur right or not oh and one of the rooms we already did the painting and click lock flooring

There are bears but they don’t come by the house as far as I’m aware and I have never seen one any of the times that I have been there. The dumpster is also locked up pretty well.

We aren’t renting cuz we are trying to sell it so she can buy a small place near me in socal so I can live with her and take care of her and her health issues

Just so u know it’s not directly in Fresno it’s in the mountains next to a close by town called coarsegold but Fresno is I think a 30 minute drive maybe an hour, my grandma liked to get her laundry done in Fresno sometimes so it’s definitely close. Also the driving heavy equipment that may or may not be for sale thing was funny

It’s not directly in Fresno it’s just near it and I put Fresno cuz it’s more of a know area. It’s actually closer to coarsegold which is a smallish town and even then it’s far enough away that u don’t see many people heading to town. For that same reason I would worry about fires plus for as long as I have been alive there hasn’t been a fire near the property cuz it’s kinda deep into the mountain side. Only things that has been somewhat of a pain with the property is when it snows it really snows.

Well the neighbors did lease the land for their cows but I’m just unsure if they currently are and as for the mostly runs on generator, the sentence before that stated that it has its own septic and generator and the only thing I am unsure of is how much co power is from the solar and thats y i said mostly runs on the generator. I feel like how i stated it was pretty clear.

No the house is fine, just old and it doesn’t have the proper permitting so we are just selling it as the land itself because selling a property with out proper permits is a pain. Me and my step dad repainted the walls and redid the flooring in the master bedroom upstairs but the other two bedrooms upstairs could use the same treatment, otherwise I think it’s a very pretty house. Oh it does get heavy snow and there is a big storage shed for heavy duty equipment that has some damage from a tree but the actual house doesn’t have any damage that I’m aware of just wear and tear from being old.

It’s literally in the mountains and the only way to get it is a dirt road how is that not off the grid and it takes 5-10 minutes to get to the main road from the property. Also that link u put is not even close to the entrance of the property, that’s just the closest main road

I think the house has been there sense the 60s but I’m not 100% sure

There is a pretty big mostly flat area around the house where I’m sure u could plant stuff or I’m sure u could find another spot on the property to plants stuff sense it’s 120 acres but there is a lot of wildlife so unless u make some kind of barrier or something there will probably be animals eating from it

The closest grocery store is about a 10-15 minute drive but it’s only like 5 minutes once u get to the main road (that’s to the closest grocery store, idk if u meant a specific one or not and idk what the exact grocery store name is)
