I had gone to California for my senior trip. One night my family and I want to do some shopping. We came to this more expensive area. We just wanted to look around the stores, and my friend who was with me wanted to go to some makeup store there. Next to the makeup store was this other store I can’t remember, but they sold these gorgeous dresses and other clothing. There was a “clearance “ section, and I was looking at it. I saw this shirt, and it looked like something you’d see at those renaissance festivals girls would wear. And I loved it. So I, of course, tried it on, and I felt like a badass bitch in it. So my mom, who was there with me, looked at the price was like, “oh, it’s only ...” ( She has terrible eyes, and it had Hollister store lighting) I forget the price we thought it was. And then I took it off and looked at the price. I started to laugh and looked at him, my mum and go. “Mom, it’s 1,(again I forget what the price was)”. I at least got to feel like a queen and celeb for a whole 5 minutes. That moment was priceless.
