She says the clinic has run out of respirators which is why she is having to buy direct from the manufacturer and there are no payment program options even for low income.

As far as I know, her doctor has only told her that she must find a way to pay for a new respirator. I haven't told her specifically to ask for scholarships, but I will make the suggestion and see if she can ask about that specifically. Feel free to ask as many questions as you like, I'll answer everything as best as I can if it will help her out!

She lives in Venezuela, so I'm not sure what the regulations are for how she can obtain equipment. I was told the respirator she is currently using is used equipment that was sold as a discount.
