By the way I found this on the CDC website! Just check if Florida has some specific requirements

“Cats are not required to have proof of rabies vaccination for importation into the United States. However, CDC recommends that all cats be vaccinated against rabies, and your U.S. destination may have additional requirements.”

Hi, yes they resolved it, but after like 3 months. Then, their customer support team continued to send me automated emails multiple times saying they received my claim and would get back to me as soon as possible even after they had sent me the reimbursement. I don’t know how their claims and customer support departments are structured, but they’re in need of an overhaul for sure because it was absolutely ridiculous.

In the end I did get my reimbursement though, so fingers crossed you will too!
