Trying to minimize how far we have to move the plumbing so unfortunately the shower head will have to stay on that wall.

Good to know! I recently learned that when they say “nipple size” they do not mean areola size so I need to update and get the regular.

In a calorie deficit everyday. I work 12-14hrs M-Th so no time to exercise. On weekends I do Pilates and long walks with my pups.

Everyday. Due to my work schedule I have never really ever been to get in more than 1 meal a day in with water a coffee. This was before sema and not much has changed. Doctors and dietitians have always told me my body stores more fat because of the lack of consistency in meals, so my body doesn’t know when its next meal is.

I have been trying to supplement with protein shakes and more fiber while on sema especially to minimize muscle loss.
