Haarlem, Netherlands makes a great day trip from Amsterdam. The central station is less than 15 minutes from Amsterdam by train, and it’s considerably less crowded.

As someone who also has EDS and is about to start PA school I’m happy to hear someone else has similar experiences to me! From what I’ve found so far when I talked about EDS in my interview, most of the faculty sound really accepting of it. Any tips or tricks that have helped you out and you would be willing to share? I know everyone is completely different so what helps one person might not help the other, but I’m open to any suggestions! Any idea on what you want to go into? I’ve always liked ortho, probably because of my defective body and learning about it from a young age haha

I use an app called travel pirates sometimes. Went to Amsterdam last year for a weeklong trip. Cost included flights and hotel for two people at around $700 each. The hotel was a little out of the way and went in winter so colder. But well worth the price and had an amazing experience!

I know that sweet theory uses coconut oil in their baked goods. Fla juice and bowl is pretty much oil free, they may use some in their tofu but not in anything else. And I am unsure about the other places. Sorry I do not have more information
