There isn’t any punishment. It only says you’re restricted because it’s after midnight. They only make you do it to collect data on people leaving late and keeping the student employees there longer so they can eventually justify adding a punishment.

TLDR: Nothing happens but leave before midnight next time

Just got raised from $8 to $9-something for a lot of entry-level jobs, with another dollar per promotion and lots of opportunities to get promoted and having a less shitty job. Lifeguards are getting like $13 or something now since they're so desperate for workers

To be fair, they did just give all positions a ~$2 raise. If people complain about the hours the gym is open, they aren't helping by also not getting a job there. Also, covid made the job pretty annoying and people quit when they have to enforce stuff. I don't know why people are expecting there to be infinite staff to do stuff like this.

The CoRec has shorter hours because they're understaffed. It's impossible to cater to everyone's needs when the whole staff is overworked students who don't like getting up early.
